Full-grooming services are available for all breeds of dogs and cats.
The Barking Dog offers full-grooming services available for all breeds of dogs and cats. In addition to bathing and clipping, we offer de-matting, medicated, flea, de-skunking and de-shed treatments.
Along with full haircuts, our expert groomers also specialize in premium bath & blowout services, which we recommend in between haircuts to help keep your pet fluffy.
If pet hair and shedding is an issue, we can help. Our de-shed treatment is incredibly effective in removing loose hair from dogs. This service is only offered as part of a full groom or a bath & blowout, and is not available with the boarding & daycare bath special. Please inquire for pricing and appointment details. If you wish to have your pet groomed while boarding, we encourage you to make arrangements when you book your pet's stay. All pets groomed during a three or more night stay receive a 20% discount on their groom.

Zac Travis has been grooming for over five years, specializing in show dog and specialty cuts, as well as creative color services. He is skilled in both dog and cat grooming and has a talent for working with pets that may be harder to handle. Zac is passionate about dog health, focusing on how grooming techniques and diet can enhance overall well-being. Offering boutique services, he ensures each pet leaves looking and feeling its best with a style tailored to their unique personality.
His favorite breeds to groom are Poodles and Schnauzers, thanks to the precision and artistry involved in their cuts. He enjoys the challenge and creativity required to bring out the best in these elite, detail-oriented styles.
Zac also has a Chihuahua named Beckett, who is just as stylish as his grooming work. He loves dressing Beckett up in different outfits and accessories, always finding new ways to showcase his personality and flair.
